A Class on the Basics of the Christian Walk
The Foundations class is designed to help new believers gain knowledge of the fundamental principles of our faith and to serve as a refresher course for the more mature believers.
It is a six-week course that covers topics such as the following:
- who Jesus is as God’s Son and our Savior;
- how to develop a daily devotional life that includes Bible reading and prayer;
- the Trinity;
- salvation;
- how to fight temptation;
- the importance of fellowship;
- and many more topics.
The first six-week session is followed by an optional six weeks of one-on-one mentoring with another individual from the church.
The current class started on March 17, 2024.
